Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
- 1lb Ground Beef (80/20)
- 1lb frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1/2 cup diced Yellow Onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups Vegetable Juce
- 4 cups Water
- 2 tablespoons Celery Salt
- 1 tablespoon Dry Italian Seasonings
- 3 tablespoons Beef Boulion or Base (low sodium available for low sodium diets)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions

Step 1

Saute Ground Beef and Onion until blood runs clear. Drain.
Add the last seven ingredients.
Bring to boil and simmer for approx. 45 minute to 1 hour.
