• Thai Noodle Salad

    Ingredients

    • 2 6.75 oz. Maifun
    • 1 cup Dry Roasted Peanuts
    • 1 Red Bell Pepper, julienne
    • 1 cup frozen Peas, thawed
    • 1 bunch Green Onion, bias cut
    • Salt and Pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons Mangolian Hot Oil (for dressing)
    • 1/2 cup Sesame Seed Oil (for dressing)
    • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds (for dressing)

    Directions

    Step 1
    Boil 6 cups of water. Set aside and soak Maifun for 10 minutes, then drain.
    Step 2
    Add the rest of ingredients and stir until blended well. Chill for 20 minutes, before serving.
