Ingredients
- 2 6.75 oz. Maifun
- 1 cup Dry Roasted Peanuts
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, julienne
- 1 cup frozen Peas, thawed
- 1 bunch Green Onion, bias cut
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Mangolian Hot Oil (for dressing)
- 1/2 cup Sesame Seed Oil (for dressing)
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds (for dressing)
Directions

Step 1

| Boil 6 cups of water. Set aside and soak Maifun for 10 minutes, then drain. |

Step 2
|
| Add the rest of ingredients and stir until blended well. Chill for 20 minutes, before serving. |
