    Ingredients

    • 1 box frozen Puff Pastry Shells
    • 4 large Tart Apples, peeled, cored and quartered
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1/4 teaspoon each Cinnamon and Nutmeg
    • 1/4 cup Butter
    • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

    Short on time?  Use a 20 oz. canned Apple Pie filling.  Still delicious and you save time in the kitchen!!

    Directions

    Step 1
    Bake Puff Pastries as instructed on box.
    Step 2
    Bake Puff Pastries as instructed on box. Heat a small heavy sauce pan, over medium-low heat. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well blended.
    Simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes or until apples are tender. Put in prepared puff pastry. Serve warm with a scoop of Mascarpone Cheese
