• Sugar-Coated Peanuts

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Sugar
    • 1/2 cup Water
    • 2 cups Raw Shelled Peanuts (With skin on)

    Directions

    Step 1
    In a sauce pan, combine the sugar and the water. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Add the peanuts and cook over medium heat until the peanuts are completely coated and there is no syrup left.
    Step 2
    Pour the peanuts on an ungreased cookie sheet. Separate the peanuts with a fork.
    Step 3
    Bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes, stirring once or twice.
