• Sirloin Tips in a Mushroom and Wine Sauce

    Ingredients

    • 3 tablespoons olive Oil
    • 3 cloves Garlic, finely diced
    • 1 1/2lb Beef Sirloin Tips
    • 1lb Fresh Mushrooms, slice in half
    • 1 10 oz. can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
    • 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
    • 1/2 - 3/4 cup Red Wine, to taste
    • Add water as needed
    • Salt and Pepper to taste

    Note

    Serve over Rice, with Garlic Mashed Potatoes or “get your gourmet on” and use Puff Pastry for elegance!

    Directions

    Step 1
    Heat oil in large skillet. Add beef tips, cook until browned. Add garlic with last remaining ingredients, except fresh Mushrooms.

    Simmer for 20 minutes or until Beef Tips are tender.

    Add Mushrooms and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Sauce should be thick.
