2lb Cooked Smoked Beef Sausage Links, sliced 1″ thick or use 2 oz. small “breakfast size” links
2 small Yellow Onions, sliced into rings
4 cups Beef Gravy, canned or mix prepared according to instructions

Directions
Step 1
Boil Potatoes in water and Chicken bouillon or base until tender, approx. 30 minutes. Drain and add milk and butter. Beat until fluffy.
Step 2
In large skillet heat oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add Sausage and cook until browned or a little chard for flavor. Remove from heat. Set sausage aside.
Step 3
Replace skillet over medium heat and separate onions into rings. Add onion rings to skillet and brown and onions until just tender. Approx. 5-10 minutes.
Step 4
Layer Mashed Potatoes with Sausage, Gravy and Onion Rings. In that order.
