Corned Beef and Cabbage

Ingredients
- 3-5lb Corned Beef Brisket, w/ Seasoning Packet included
- 1 1lb head of Cabbage, wedged
- 3 cups Red Potatoes, quartered
- 1 cup Carrots, peeled and diced
- 4 cups Water,

Note
If you simmer over stove, you can expect it will take approximately 3 hours to cook. You will also want to stir and add water as needed.
Crock Pot will take all day to cook.
Either way, it’s so worth it!!

Step 1

This is the easy part!! Throw everything into a large pot or Crock Pot. Bring to boil and simmer until tender.
