This Cinnamon Toasted Almond recipe makes a great appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 Egg White
- 1 teaspoon Cold Water
- 4 cups Whole Almonds
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Note
These nuts should be stored in an airtight container.
Directions

Step 1

| Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Lightly grease a 10×15 inch sheet pan. |

Step 2

| Lightly beat the egg white. Add the water and beat until frothy but not stiff. |

Step 3

| Stir in the nuts and blend until well coated. |

Step 4

| In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the nuts. |
