A delicious combination to spice up any meal…
You may use any type of green chili. Big Jim’s are from New Mexico, they have a great flavor and are very spicy. Which ever chilis you use, I suggest roasting them and remove the seeds.

| Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Saute your onions for 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in garlic and tomatoes and continue to saute for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients to skillet, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until sauce thickens. Stir occasionally to avoid scorching. | |
