• Asian Cucumber Salad

    Ingredients

    • 1 16 oz. package of Tri-Color Coleslaw
    • 2 Cucumbers, scored, seeded and sliced
    • 1 small Red Onion, julienne
    • 1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon chopped Ginger or 2 tea. dry
    • 1 tablespoon Toasted Poppy Seeds
    • Salt and Pepper to taste

    Optional

    • 1 teaspoon Mongolian Fire Oi

    Note

    A wonderful blend of ingredients… who thought coleslaw could taste so good!!

    Directions

    Step 1
    Empty coleslaw in medium sized bowl. Add cucumber and red onion.
    Step 2
    In a small container with an air tight sealed lid, add the fire oil, rice vinegar and ginger.
    Seal with lid and shake for 1 minute. Drizzle over salad and stir until well blended.
    Step 3
    Add poppy seeds, salt and pepper, then blend again. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
