| Thoroughly mix the first 4 ingredients together, by hand or potato masher. 2. Form 2″ meatballs. | |

| Spray bottom of large pot with pan spray. Heat pan over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add meatballs in a single layer in the bottom of pot. Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes, then carefully turn meatballs over. Cook an additional 3-5 minutes. | |

| Add onions, garlic, carrots, celery and cabbage. Continue to cook uncovered for approximately 15 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Add the rest of ingredients to pot. Bring to boil and simmer for 60 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Keep water level above soup mixture. | |
